Winter Weather Advisories shifted south... Decent snow possible for Indy
Good Evening! The latest models have the storm track slightly farther south, so the National Weather Service has now included Indianapolis, Martinsville, and Franklin areas in the Winter Weather Advisories. Freezing Rain is possible before the changeover to snow. Downtown Indy can now expect 3-5" of snow, with 1-3" from Martinsville, Franklin, to Shelbyville. 5-9" amounts in Lafayette, Kokomo areas are very likely, with snow drifts up to 2 feet in that area.
