Good morning! What a relief yesterday was! A widespread 1-2" of rain fell yesterday, really putting a dent in the ongoing drought! Spencer & Carmel both reported over 3" of rain yesterday! Here is a map of rainfall totals:
The fog and clouds should burn off, giving way to partly sunny skies this afternoon. Highs will be pleasant, in the middle-upper 70s.
Wednesday looks like another mild day, in the upper 70s. A few showers are possible late. But most can expect a pretty nice day tomorrow.
Problems in the forecast come late this week. An annoying, cut-off low will cut off the main flow, and sit right on top of Indiana. This means several days of cloudy skies, very cool temps (middle 60s), and some drizzle. And of course, it will linger through the weekend. Ugh!!!!!!!!
The weekend won't be a washout, but rather chilly and possibly damp. Stay tuned for more updates here at Nate's Weather Blog.
Have a great Tuesday!
