Good morning! WINDY is definately the name of the game today. We are sitting on the backside of the low, meaning lots of wind, which is also pumping in colder air. Temperatures today will fall, and we may even see a few sprinkles or snow flurries. You can track any action on the radars tab at the top.
The weekend will start cold, with lows in the lower 20's, and highs in the 30's tomorrow. However, a huge temperature turn-around by Sunday, as highs warm up near 50 or more in many areas, under sunny skies and gusty south winds.
Very mild temperatures will be the rule for the first half of next week. Monday and Tuesday will be fantastic, with highs soaring in the 50's. Rain chances could return though by Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, a storng low-pressure system will move north of our area, which could mean a potential for big thunderstorms, and temperatures soaring close to 60 on Wednesday. That system will be followed by colder air for the second part of next week:
Thanks for checking out the blog, have a great Friday!
