Another pleasant day, then a rainy weekend?

Good morning! Another sunny & crisp start outside this morning! It is going to be another fantastic weather with low humidty & sunshine. Sure can't complain having weather like this in the middle of August!

Highs this afternoon will hit the middle 80s. Clouds will begin to overspread the state this evening, as the weekend weather system approaches. Rain will begin in some areas after midnight, then a widespread rain by Saturday morning.

Rain will be likely tomorrow, along with a slight risk of severe storms:


Rain chances continue Saturday night & Sunday. Sunday will be the drier of the two days. Even tomorrow, I still expect some dry time. Highs will be near 80 tomorrow, then the middle 70s on Sunday!!

Sunny skies & pleasant temps return early next week, then a little more heat and humidity for the middle of the week, as highs return in the middle-upper 80s. There is also a chance of storms along a cold front around next Thursday.
