Heavy rain winding down, heavy totals!!
Good Saturday morning blog! Heavy rain fell across Indiana last night! Near 2.50 of rain fell in Indianapolis, with 3" amounts in the Spencer and Terre Haute areas. Temps will drop into the upper 30s, low 40s by this afternoon, with scattered rain showers. Tonight will dry out with mostly cloudy skies, and lows falling below freezing. Sunday will be partly sunny and chilly with highs in the low 40s. Monday morning will be cold with lows in the mid 20s. Monday will be much better with sunny skies and highs in the upper 40s. Tuesday will be nice with increasing clouds and highs in the low-mid 50s! Wednesday will be a crazy day with ingredients there for severe storms and warm temps near 60! Since it is a strong system, it will pull down cold air with highs on Thursday in the 30s and snow flurries possible. Temps should rebound by next weekend. It is an active pattern with lots of up and down temperatures! I will have updates as needed today, and have a good Saturday!!!
