Sunny Afternoon!!

Hey everyone! Just a quick afternoon update. It is a sunny, average, early March day. The average highs are in the upper 40s for early March. Right now temps are surging up in the mid 40s with sunny skies. We will add a few more degrees to that, reaching the predicted highs in the upper 40s. Today officially begins "Meteorological Spring"! :)
