Good morning, and welcome to a beautiful weather day in Indiana. Sad thing is.. another system will move in by later this evening!
We are starting our morning with frost, and record cold in the 30s. Temperatures will rebound nicely today in the mid 60s, with a nice blue sky. You can track the temperatures today here....
Clouds will increase this evening, with a system diving in from the west later this evening. Scattered showers are a good bet. A lot of this will be light stuff.
Rain chances will decrease by Friday afternoon. Highs tomorrow will be in the upper 60s.
The weekend looks mild, with some dry time. Saturday is the mini marathon, and temperatures Saturday morning will start out in the low 50s. Should be nice for the runners! However, rain showers will move in for Saturday, as the next system moves in. While it won't rain all the time, there will be some rain. Highs Saturday will near 70. Mother's day looks great, with partly sunny skies and mid 70s. :) Get out and have a cook-out Sunday afternoon!
Next week will be summer-like, with temperatures likely surging in the 80s. A warm front will move in Monday, with an isolated shower, storm possible. Most of Tuesday and Wednesday will be dry, with increasing humidity along with the heat. This is when temps can soar to about 82-84 degrees! Later Wednesday and Thursday, a low pressure system will move in, meaning severe storms will be possible Wednesday night or Thursday. Timing in uncertain at this time. Temps will drop back into the 60s by the end of the week.
That is all for today, have a great day!
