Warmth will rapidly move into the state today! Highs will reach the upper 40's during the afternoon, but it gets warmer after sunset tonight! Weird eh? Light rain will develop for some after 3pm.
By tonight, widespread rainfall is likely, with thunderstorms being a real possibility after midnight. Temperatures will surge into the 50's overnight! No severe weather is expected.
Our Tuesday morning will feel like spring, in the 50's! But, a cold front will move in by the afternoon, with a 20-30 degree temperature change, and the potential for some snow showers in the evening. Little or no accumulation expected. For mid-week, the cold blast moves in! Highs on Wednesday will only top out in the upper 20's. On Thursday, we may have to watch out for a weak clipper. That may produce light snow on Thursday.
By next weekend, get ready for the HEAT! Upper 40's next Saturday, mid/upper 50's for INDY next Sunday. Southern Indiana may top 60 degrees, to go along with mainly dry conditions! There is something for everyone to look forward to! :)
