Evening Forecast - More On Upcoming Winter

Good afternoon! Thanks for checking the blog on another gorgeous, fall day! Temperatures are around 80 right now, and may warm another few degrees. Here is your evening forecast breakdown........

Evening Forecast:

5pm: Sunny. Near 80*

7pm: Sunny. Middle 70s.

9pm: Clear. Upper 60s-near 70.

11pm: Clear. Low-middle 60s.

Friday will be day #6 of 100% sunshine. Absolutely gorgeous again tomorrow. Summer-level warmth expected, with highs pushing the middle 80s for many! Enjoy it!

Now on to winter thoughts: Accuweather just released their winter forecast for 2011-2012. Here is a look at it:

If your a fan of snow, this may very well be the winter for you! La Nina conditions expected again this winter, bringing many weather extremes to the U.S. For us here in the Hoosier state, expect below normal temps, and above normal precip. Those two combined certainly make for lots of snow around here. Another thing to watch, is the ice threat just to the south. It looks like far southern Indiana-Kentucky-Tennessee-South Illinois areas could be on the icy side of several storm systems. Only time will tell at this point.

That is all for now, have a great evening!
