Thunderstorms Moving In!

Good afternoon. I am very short on time, but wanted to drop by with an update. Here in Indianapolis, skies are turning dark, and you can hear thunder as well. A line of gusty winds, lightning, and very heavy rain is getting ready to move through.  This is all moving along a warm front. Here is a look at radar..

However, I think there is better news for the evening. Once this line gets out of here early this afternoon, there may be a lull in the action. While a few more storms are certainly expected to pop this evening, this will be widely scattered, unlike the widespread storms yesterday evening. Any storms that do pop have the potential to become severe, with large hail and damaging winds being the main threats. When thunder roars...get indoors! :)
