Quiet Weather Pattern

It's a typical summer day in Indiana, with sunshine and middle 80's currently. If your headed out anytime this evening, the weather looks great with temps hovering in the middle 80's through sunset.

Hot weather will be the rule for Sunday, with highs pushing the lower 90's. Can't rule out a spotty storm or two during the afternoon, but it will stay dry for most areas.

The heat however will get pushed back briefly early next week. Monday and Tuesday look beautiful with sunny skies, low humidity, and very pleasant temperatures, in the upper 70's to low/mid 80's. Low temps will also be in the low-mid 50's by Tuesday morning, can't beat that! :)

The heat makes a nice comeback for the second-half of next week. It will actually be brutally hot just to our west, with 100-110 degree highs all week portions of the Plains! That intense heat will expand into the Ohio Valley, but the most intense should stay just to our west. Still, highs in the 90's look likely by the latter part of next week.

TROPICAL STORM DEBBY: It's official! Debby is now a tropical storm out in the central gulf as of early afternoon. Where it tracks however is very uncertain. I am so glad our vacation in Florida was this week, instead of the next week! :) Flooding rains will be a real concern along the gulf coast in the days to come.
If you haven't heard, my sister had a appendicitis, and had surgery last night here at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. The surgery went well, and she is doing good. She should get released tomorrow, if everything goes well.

Thanks for prayers. Have a great rest of the weekend!
