Weekend Outlook

Saturday should be a great day to get outside! Expect high temperatures to top out in the middle to upper 70's with partly cloudy skies. There is about a 10% chance of a stray shower, but basically everyone will stay dry.

It is Sunday, especially late in the day when we have to watch out for
some changes to roll in. I think we will be dry through the mid afternoon hours with highs warming near 80. Once we get into the evening hours, some storms could start to work their way in from the west. By Sunday night, showers and storms will be likely for everyone. The SPC has the far southwest portion of Indiana under a slight risk for severe storms Sunday night. The main threats appear to be damaging winds and hail. Something to watch. How much rain are we talking about? It looks like parts of the area could get as much as 1" from these storms.
