Overnight Forecast, and 70s tomorrow!

Good evening! It was very warm, almost an early summer prelude today for southern Indiana, and rather mild in central Indiana. Southern Indiana saw mostly sunny skies, so highs soared in the mid-upper 70s. I spent the afternoon out in shorts! The high in French Lick was 76 today! It was about 10 degrees cooler in Indy thanks to morning rain and thicker clouds, and near 70 in Bloomington today. Skies have become mostly clear this evening, and winds have lightened, so temps are falling somewhat. They will not fall off much tonight thanks to warm air advection. There will be some instability after midnight, so an isolated shower or storm is possible. The question tomorrow morning will be a jacket or no jacket? Perhaps a light jacket as you head out, but we will be about warm enough for shorts tomorrow afternoon. Highs will hit the low 70s in central Indiana, upper 60s north, and mid 70s south. Isolated showers or storms will be possible, but otherwise partly sunny and dry. The warm weather will continue through midweek, then a BIG cold snap. There are some impressive amounts of cold showing up on the models. I will post some of the weather models, and what weather pattern we can expect for spring break. Have a great night, check back tomorrow morning!
