Rain and storms today, sun is back tomorrow!

Good morning, Indiana! We are starting our Monday with some lightning and heavy downpours. There has been nothing severe so far, and the threat is diminishing. As low pressure cranks along a frontal zone, showers will continue all day long. Rainfall can exceed 1" in may spots. Areas south of Indy could see 1.5-2" of rain today, with the already saturated ground. Temperatures will slowly fall in the upper 50s later today.

The sun returns for Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs tomorrow will near 60, and upper 60s-near 70 by Wednesday. Most of Thursday will be dry as highs hit the low 70s.

A warm front will move through Thursday night, meaning showers and storms for Thursday night-Friday. Some could be strong. A low pressure system will sit over the Ohio Valley through the weekend, meaning a showery and cold weekend. Highs on Saturday may not get out of the 40s. :( Before I go, here is the ugly radar for today:

                                                     Have a great Monday!
